Our room had roof windows that only offered a view of the laundry vent, which wasn't ideal. The noise from the laundry wasn't bothersome at first, but it might become an issue during warmer weather. We noticed some areas around the hotel could use a bit more tidying up, particularly the back of the building. some patrons expressed a desire for a designated area where pets could join them while dining, which could enhance the experience for dog owners.

The stay at Biggin Hall was quite enjoyable, highlighted by the friendly staff and delicious food, especially breakfast. the room was a bit small, and I had to be mindful of low ceilings. The complimentary treats were a delightful touch.

my stay was enhanced by the charming surroundings and the thoughtful touches like a packed lunch for my hiking day, making it all the more enjoyable as I explored the nearby Tissington Trail, just less than a 5-minute walk away, and the serene view over the fields from my cozy room really added to the experience.

Had an amazing time with friends cycling along the Manifold Trail and exploring Dovedale. The hotel was a perfect spot for relaxing evenings after our adventures. Room was comfy, and the location was stunning. Loved the scenic views and friendly staff. Definitely would recommend for a fun group getaway!

One downside was the dinner service, which felt a bit slow at times compared to the rest of our experience.

I loved my stay here, as the gardens were amazing and breakfast was really good, making it a perfect spot for someone like me who enjoys exploring the nearby high peak trail just down the road and visiting landmarks like Saint Peter's Church just under 5 km away.

The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and a hearty full English that fueled my day of exploring. Evening meals were memorable as well, with each course beautifully presented and a delight for the palate. The Garden Room, spotlessly clean and equipped with a comfortable 6ft bed, made for a cozy retreat after a day outdoors.

It was just a good pick for a city trip in Hartington with fantastic value for money. The staff were brilliant, even fixing the TV twice without complaint. If you're sensitive to noise, request a room away from the laundry area.

The food was top-notch, especially the dinner, and relaxing by the fire with a glass of wine was pure bliss. The staff were super friendly too! Only bummer was the restaurant was a bit chilly one night, but other than that, amazing experience!
